What happens next
Your GP's referral will be reviewed by Dr Harwood, usually within 2 business days. Once the referral has been accepted you'll receive a secure intake link by both email and SMS. The link is valid for 7 days.
- 1 Check your email and phone. The message will come from ben@trypta.health and from the Trypta business number. Check your junk folder if you don't see it within 2 business days of your GP sending the referral.
- 2 Complete the short intake form. It takes about five minutes and covers your current situation, medications, and what you're hoping to get from the appointment. The secure link expires after 7 days — complete it when you can.
- 3 Receive your booking link. Once your intake has been reviewed, you'll be sent a link to select an appointment time that suits you.

If it's been more than 2 business days since your GP sent the referral, please get in
touch — referrals occasionally go astray.
