Book a review

Review appointments are booked through a personal secure link — we send it by email and SMS, and you choose a length and time that suit you. Fees and Medicare rebates are on the fees page.

Telehealth via Microsoft Teams

Your secure video link is included automatically in your booking confirmation — no software account needed; it opens in your browser.

Cancellation policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a $50 fee, not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

How it works

We send you a secure link

When your review is due — or whenever you request one below. It arrives by email and SMS and is valid for 7 days.

Choose a length and time

Pick a length from 10 to 80 minutes, then a time from Dr Harwood's live availability.

Confirmed instantly

A confirmation email and calendar invitation arrive straight away, with your Teams video link included.

The booked length is a scheduling guide — if your consultation runs longer, billing reflects the actual consultation time.

Need a booking link?

If your link has expired, or you'd like to book before your next review is due, ask here and we'll send a fresh one — usually the same business day.
